New Holland Tractor

Nathan recently made it clear that he would really like a new tractor and he wanted it to be a New Holland tractor. His daddy couldn't resist buying one, so we ordered one online and told Nathan that the UPS guy would deliver it in two days. Well, two days later Nathan was asking when the "guy" would be coming to deliver his "New Holland tractor." Nathan was extremely excited when he woke up from his nap that day to find the "guy" had delivered it.

 

Checking Cattle

Nathan and I joined Brian as he doctored one cow and checked on other cattle. We all really enjoyed the family time together.

Someone LOVES tractors!

Notice not only Nathan's expression upon seeing his Daddy's tractor, but also that he has a tractor in his hand! This is not out of the ordinary at all.

Dirt

I cannot tell you how much our little guy LOVES to play in the dirt! He loves to bring his trucks and tractors out with him and he would play for hours out there if he could. And he has the face to prove it!

Easter 2014

We had another wonderful Easter! Nathan enjoyed the Easter egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa's.

But what really made the day special was when Grandma Carol gave Nathan a Dora backpack!

Dough

Over the past few years, Brian has been very pleased that I have continued to make the butterhorn rolls that his Grandma Margaret use to make. A couple of nights ago I made a batch and I had  a great helper!! He loved playing with the dough. I think that Nathan's Great Grandma would be pleased.

Tractor Magazines

One of Nathan's favorite activities is to sit on his Grandpa Jim's lap and look at tractor magazines. They have done it so much that now, if he is asked, he can point to a tractor, combine, hay baler, sileage cutter, pickup truck, and planter.
